I'm a Product Strategist and Design Leader turning user research, business goals, and engineering reality into products that work.
Background and Experience
I started as a hands-on UX/UI designer in 2017, and over the years evolved into leading cross-functional teams, shaping product roadmaps, and building design practices from scratch.
My projects have ranged from international bank websites and eCommerce platforms to crypto products, mobile apps, and SaaS, working with brands like Allergan, LifeFitness, Cybex, Nova Post, and 20+ others. All while being based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Working with clients and teams across the world gave me a strong feel for cultural diversity and common human values — and sharpened my ability to communicate across disciplines: design, product, business, and engineering.
Most recently as Head of Design, I defined the design strategy, built the team, and implemented a company-wide design process for Ukraine's leading logistics company.

For the ZO Skin health website redesign, I owned the work from start to finish, providing project team design leadership and management, including work estimation and planning activities, critiquing UX solutions, supervising design production, and collaborating with the technology team.

For the global pharmaceutical leader Allergan my team and I in close collaboration with the client developed experience for new features, designed localization solutions, and created Design System to improve the design process.
